What does the Wash & Fold Service Provide?
All pricing includes wash, dry, and fold/hang, standard washing supplies, and FREE delivery within our service area, Ferndale and Bellingham, WA.
A bag refers to a tied, standard 13-gallon trash bag (about 2 loads) with no rips or tears.

What is your pickup and delivery timing?
Pickup and drop‑off days are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. If we pick up your laundry on Monday, it will be returned on Wednesday; if we pick up on Wednesday, it will be returned on Friday; and if we pick up on Friday, it will be returned on Monday. If your order is completed early, a representative will reach out to confirm whether you’d like an early drop‑off.
How are loads and bags counted and billed?
Billing is simplified by the bag. We count standard 13-gallon trash bags. A single bag costs $35, while two or more bags are billed at just $30 each.
A “bag” refers to a standard 13‑gallon trash bag that must be tied and free of any rips, tears, or overstuffing. Bags over 15 pounds are considered overstuffed. Pricing by the bag helps us keep pricing fair, consistent, and predictable for everyone.
Do you handle delicates and hang-dry items?
Yes! We take extra care of your special items. Just separate your delicates and let us know which pieces require hang-drying for optimal care.
What time should I have my laundry bags out?
All bags should be placed on the porch by 9 AM (unless given a specific timeframe) on the day of your pickup.
What areas does Lavender Dream serve?
We serve our local community with free pickup and delivery within our standard service area. I am currently servicing the cities of Ferndale and Bellingham, WA only. Please reach out to confirm if your specific address is covered via email or phone call.
What if my bags are overstuffed?
If bags are packaged incorrectly at pickup, someone will reach out to you with a couple of options. We can return once the laundry is repackaged into the correct 13‑gallon bag(s), or we can separate and repackage the items for you and send pictures to update you on pricing.
What washing supplies are included?
Unscented detergent and fabric softener are included in every Wash & Fold standard order, and upgrades are available for an additional cost.
When is payment due?
One Time/Non-Members: Payment is due at the time of booking.
Members: Membership invoices are billed at the beginning of the month.
How do I cancel/reschedule a pickup?
Canceling/rescheduling is simple, just call/text us at (253)424-7489 and we will adjust your booking accordingly.
How do I cancel/reschedule a pickup?
A $10 fee applies to any order canceled on the same day as pickup, as well as bags that are not put out. We’re a local, family‑owned business. We understand that emergencies happen and we do our best to work with customers whenever possible. However, we also have to respect our time by avoiding unnecessary trips to pickups that aren’t ready or planning delivery routes that end up being canceled. Clear communication helps us stay efficient and serve everyone well.
